How am I illeteriate for putting lend in the title DX whatever your name is.....

to grant the use of (something) on condition that it or its equivalent will be returned.

A dictionary, maybe you should read one

Lend doesn't mean the same at all, the person giving you it, lends you it, you are borrowing it, they are lending it. Fool.

Who are you? The grammar police?

Can I lend it means can I lend it from you, lending from someone means they are lending it, therefor it is correct, so before you go knocking people make sure what you say is correct so you don't look like a fool
