The one posted in Hot Deals before, 50% off when over £30 spent, I realised I had been charged full price, Phoned head office and they told me that they have loads of complaints about it.

Anyone else?

Nope but I think they'd regret trying to defraud me.
They were late when I used em with the 50%.. made em come back with free deserts, full refund, and take away my rubbish. Not too bad service really.

I didn't even have to argue much with 'em to be honest. Dominos customer service is usually good because they are a franchise who don't want to reflect badly on other branches. Asking firmly usually does the trick. If not saying it was breach of contract, goods not fit for purpose, lack of reasonable care in the service, whatever you like - pick an argument n have a go. They are mostly spotty teens with no comebacks except "sorry".

Tesco - order loads, hope they are out of delivery slot (either early or late) - demand a full refund for breach of contract.

They usually are out of delivery slots when I go to order - occasionally I've had to place it for the following week.

Whats the time scale that we would be talking about here?

Dont worry, I wouldnt demand a full refund, but I do think its fair they shouldnt charge me for delivery if I cant have it when I need it.

If they guaruntee you a delivery slot and are more than say 5 minutes out they should refund at least the delivery charge with no quibble at all - Tesco CS is outstanding. You can usually get the whole lot refunded if its over half hour.

Whatever you do, don't buy chilli cheese slices!
Bottles of drink for 80p delivered with the 50% code still pretty good though.
I guess paying cash on delivery is best option to avoid problems though!
