What's the breakdown of charges then?

How does this bill change from the previous one?

Have you been voting gerry out or playing the Mint at night? :giggle:

You cannot blame BT for calls that you have made on your phone, as suggested, check your call breakdown to identify where the money is going.

well the OP did say that the amount of calls were the same. Either ask them to change you back to your original package or leave them. There are a lot of providers out there and clearly this package is not right for you

Check you itemised bills to see the breakdown of where the charges were, although to run up a bill of that size someone must have spent a long time calling either premium rates numbers or mobile numbers which do not vary across the different tariffs. In the future pay more attention to the numbers you are dialling; if you spend a long time dialling mobile (07) numbers then get a contract mobile phone with free minutes, if you spend a long time dialling international numbers then use a third party phone service through your BT line or a VOIP service, if you spend a lot of money on premium rate numbers then stop doing so, but you can't really complain if that is the case!

Even with your old quarterly bill, £150 is a lot to spend. There are mobile contracts which give 1000 minutes (over half on hour a day) for under £30pm (£90pq) so i'd be very surprised if you cant save quite a bit by changing your telephone habits.
