Hi

As per title, I've been a life long Liverpool fan but have never been able to go to a game. I have now been able to commit to goin to a game:

Liverpool vs Newcastle Saturday 30th April 2011 KO 3pm.

Does anyone have any idea how I could get tickets? Without paying ricidulous prices for them on world ticket shop etc??

Looking for 4 tickets in the Kop.

Meant to say I'm coming from Dundee so was trying to get tickets sorted now so could get train and hotel sorted, otherwise would wait and try my luck at the small allocation that comes available to general public close to game.

Any help very much appreciated.

Many Thanks
Dave

The only way you can get tickets without paying a ridiculous price is via the official site…. the suggestion of supporters club may be worth exploring.

As there not on sale yet, no were else to book from really. But when they do go on sale you will no doubt need to have purchased the Fancard. But it will be tough to get a ticket, especially as it will coming to end of the season.

How about emailing head office or something and explain and see if they'd be kind enough to help you out? They may be able to reserve 4 tickets for you? Not sure if they will, but if you don't ask you don't get!!

X) Perhaps they'll send me a season ticket for my birthday too.

OP - you'll need to join the all-red membership scheme in order to have a decent chance of getting tickets. You can only buy one ticket per membership though.

Some games do go on to general sale (and then you can buy up to four, and don't need to be a member) but seats are few and far between. The Newcastle game is a Sat 3pm match, so chances are won't reach general sale - it's normally the midweek evening games that do.
