Just don't use it anymore, just make sure the account is cleared and they only charge you on your earnings, so if you earn nothing, then you pay nothing.

To be honest I'm fed up with things not tracking on quidco as well. I've bought a load of things on ebay recently which haven't tracked - one item was £95 so I was looking forward to the quidco, but again it didn't track. Seems completely random whether an item tracks or not, so think I'll try topcashback instead and see if they are more reliable.

I closed mine by emailing them... i think there is a link in your account pages somewhere.

all 3 comments are correct they only take the first 5£ of cashback so if u dont earn u dont pay.

Do complain to them tho whatever you decide, i still think they are a good cashback club, beware some of the smaller sites have gone bankrupt owing ppl cashabck money

Although, it's worth pointing out that when one of Quidco's affiliates went bankrupt, Quidco was one of the few that didn't cough up the cashback due to its members, opting instead to hide behind its T&Cs. That's why I use TopCashBack. They're better people.

Same here, just recently hardly anything tracks on Quidco, just a waste of space.

That thought had crossed my mind, however we have no way of substantiating your theory.

thanks for all your advice guys, ive emailed them at least 6 times now, just going to leave it and delete my bank details.
Ive used topcashback a few months now and where as the normal cashback applies it increases as time goes on only by a little bit 0.01%. for instance ebay is 40% standard mine is now 47% , every now and then they email you to tell you your cashback is going up. so far fingers crossed everything has tracked and validated within 48 hours, Lego took a week! even the big amounts for insurance was 48 hours, I cant believe how bad quidco has gone in the past 12 months.

Speaking to a mate, he says to turn off adblock plus (if you have it on in firefox) and things have now been tracking for him since he turned that off....

Here's summat to do, that *might* get their attention (but i doubt it)
I recently got an egg credit card.
After a few weeks, i received an email asking for how's it all going
I used this as feedback to say how shocked and disappointed i was to find out egg's much advertised cashback site was, quidco.
I said i won't be using my egg card for that due to have unreliable quidco can be,
Not the best avenue for complaint but since avenues for feedback are so limited to quidco i thought it might be one choice
