Anyone know how to fix a corrupted usb drive

I by mistake pulled out the stick while it was still writing data on it. Now in explorer on windows 7 it shows up as a removable drive but when you double click it says please insert disk. I went into disk management and it does not show any partition and on the left it says no media and right clicking it gives limited options like properties and eject which are no use. Can anyone please advice i looked on google for an hour and cannot find any solution.

A few utilities here (Scroll down) Never tried but you never know.

I HAVE used this

http://www.sdcard.org/consumers/formatter/

on a corrupt SDCard. It seemed to work fine. Don't know if it's applicable to USB sticks, tho.
