I've been trying to get back in shape over easter after putting on a bit of weight since the start of Uni in September. 400 calorie burning sessions daily this week have helped along with healthy eating, but beer is still my downfall.
Can anyone suggest some low calorie beers in order to continue with my exercise but reap the gains via cutting out huge calorie intakes via the use of premium lagers.
