Anyone got any recommendations for the best time to get in fairly quickly?

thanks

The night before?

Sneak in, find a comfy spot and sleepover, next morning when ya wake up you'll be first in the queue.

Not too bad, got a bit of a sore head, but its at the back, this morning when I got up I thought my little head cold thing was going away then on the way back from the nursery it tipped it down, got soaked so will probably wake up worse tomorrow lol.

Kids are in bed tho so getting some peace and quiet. xx

OMG it's going to be hideous nightmare isn't it?! A family member has picked a trip there on a bank holiday weekend for their birthday and any tips to make it more bearable would be much appreciated ...

You know I've never been so I probably shouldn't comment, but I have been to blackpool and queued for ages to get on things.

I dunno what would be for the best really, I dont even know how its set out.

Are you taking any younger kids?
#12
youngest are 6 & 8 (my two) but don't want to queue for ages to get into the car park if we could get in easier by going a bit later if that makes sense ...

If you are going to Thomas Land, be warned its manic!!! Omg we were waiting hours for rides on a weekday last week, wasps everywhere the place was rammed.!
We got there at 9.30 and left at 6
Good Luck

Aye makes sense, we went to Edinburgh Zoo last St Andrews day because it was free, OMG at the queues and just how many people were there.

Was November, it was freezing but it was free lol.

Take it you cant leave your car elsewhere or bus it there instead?

Thank you & I already have the boots anti sting cream on standby, the wasps seem really bad this year everywhere...

They are terrible at my Daughters school, they seem to hang around the bins but the school have the bins along the back wall of the school where the kids come out of.

If they just left you alone like a Bee does then I wouldn't care, but there over at you, floating round your head *shudders*.

The other day I swear the same one was stalking me, well it had the same stripes lol.

not really... maybe we will just head straight to the zoo and ignore the rides completely ...!

thanks for that - made it sound really good! Basically I am expecting it to be terrible, so would be great if it wasn't ...

I bet that even if you have to queue that you'll still enjoy yer day.

The thing I'd probably be hoping for the most is a nice sunny day.
