Hi,

I've just switched my camera on and the screen has gone all weird. Half of it is grey and pixelated. I have taken a photo to show what it's like. Does anyone know what the problem with it might be and/or how to fix it?!

Thanks.

Strange... If it's damaged, it's very precise damage, half the screen exactly.

does it take photos ok?

Yeah that's what I thought. The photos come out fine (just tried) so I guess it's just the screen. AFAIK it hasn't been sat on or dropped, onlyscratched by my keys. It worked fine this morning. Took the batteries out but it's still the same. It's weird how even though it's pixellated you can see through the greyness, if that makes sense. I thought that if it was screen damage then the whole area would be blacked out.

Indeed.

It's not the best cam in the world but it did the job. I only bought it a couple of months ago, still have the receipt somewhere so might try to take it back.
