If I'm on right site,it's baby goods.
Well I'm very cautious of buying baby goods online, specially something like a pram, everyone I know who had a problem with an expensive pushchair or pram always seems to have hassle dealing with online companies.Heard from people I know, heard on here, other wk someone was complaining of faulty foam on handle or something, heard on watchdog.
I only buy expensive baby goods online from Mothercare,Boots,Kiddicare & Amazon, anywhere else I would only buy small priced items.

Try asking on Netmums ( http://www.netmums.com ), I'm sure ther's an area on there you can ask these sort of questions.

this is why im unsure it says they have been around since 1984 and they have good feedback on ebay so i thought they might be ok, hoped someone who lived local to it could give good or bad feedback, i know what you mean about others tho i was gona buy a cot set from bebe amor they use amazon to trade thro and i did a quick check for reviews and i found nightmares on mse and the shop went bust a few days later so glad i didnt order before checking

I saw they on eBay too and that looked ok,likely you won't have any problems and you get your goods but it's the problem you may run into if something is faulty with a pram or something like that.
I had problems with baby goods even buying direct from local shops,so I only deal with like bigger companies now.
However I've had a few low cost pushchairs off ebay and had no problems, mainly Hauck Pooh ones.

I live near to Bedford and last year went to their shop on 2 separate occassions to buy car seats (it was out of stock or had long waiting lists everywhere else I looked).
My experience - they reserved the car seats for me until I could get to the shop at the weekends. Parking was an absolute nightmare - they are on main road with no visible parking - you will have to park some distance away. They told us we could double park out front to load it in car but we didn't take the chance. Shop is not "fancy" - it is smaller than I imagined but crammed full of stock. Regarding car seats, if you make appointment in advance, they can help you fit it. Was assured that if any probs, I could return the item.

We were recommended the shop by a friend who lives in Bedford and used them for all her baby bits.

Hope that helps.
