He must feel a twinge of guilt holding that cup.
#6
i notice a footballer who will never be the same as he was 2 years ago ...............

There's nothing unusual here... a Scouser thieving something valuable with a smile on his face.

A player reminding impending buyers of whom to contact.

Any details on his injury from last night?

SSN saying it's Groin but looked far worse then that. 1 month they reckon, I say Jan.

Must be a strange feeling to lift the cup knowing that you had very little impact on the winning of it.
#11
Is it the giant gold plated butt plug in his hand?

The worlds smallest toilet roll in the background....

Lots of bitterness from the anti-Liverpool brigade I see.

Hope he takes a good break and fully rests up - he really is getting blighted by injury now
#14
That even the world champions drink crap beer

He was directly involved in the build up to the winning goal, plus he played quite a bit in the previous games, you can question the impact he had in those games but he is always such a threat that he causes defences to worry and creates space for other players to operate in. Anyway, its a squad game and everyone in that squad plays a role and as such is entitled to their medal

Is that a vibrator just to the right of the bog roll?
#17
I never implied that he wasn't entitled to his medal I just think it must be a strange feeling for him and all the subs to pick up that cup knowing they have only played a very small if any part. It wasn't a dig at Torres just an observation on those that really don't take part.

granted, but that happens with every trophy won doesnt it. At least Torres got pitch time and was involved in the build up to the goal

a premiership player holding the world cup is a little strange
#21
i'm just amazed he could stand up after breaking down yet again.

pity liverpool ruined one of the best strikers of this generation and all they gave him as a momento was a club towel.

Huh most of his injuries were obtained in international duty?

Best thing for Torres would be to go to somewhere in Spain and retire from International Duty he has won the World Cup/Euro now, what else can he win? (Midlands made this point)

I notice a player whose value has dropped after a rubbish tournament and another injury. Good for Chelsea.

But if he seriously wants to stay at Liverpool, then I notice a once great player who clearly has no ambition to play in the Champions League, or challenge for major club titles anymore.

Didn't read the rest of your post as I can only read utter diatribe for about 1 sentence before I become bored.

Seriously doubt Rooney would go to Chelsea though.

Carlo expressed that he has no interest in buying Torres several times, if anyone is pushing for him it's Abramovich.

they may as well hold him together with cellotape, smack a big yellow sticker on his head and stick him at the front of the shop with the rest of the battered just about to go out of date loaves.

In a years time the value being set at 70 million pounds, 35 million would be good going unless he finally gets fit and keeps fit.

what is it then
