Upside- pay by PayPal so you're insured just in case. Just because it's cheap doesnt mean its not ok.
I bought a cheap Cinderella DVD once, it came and the outer cover (not the DVD case) had Chinese writing on it but the DVD worked perfectly and wasnt in subtitles or anything
