Anyone else had problems with 'The Hut ' .......at the point of screaming now :(
on the 18th october i placed an order after seeing a HKUD , order was accepted and i awaited delivery
.5 days later i checked the order status as i know from past orders it should have arrived by that time.
The order status said 'cancelled' yet i had had no email .
I checked the paypal payment and it said pending.
I contacted the hut through their message system enquiring as to the cancellation and 'pending' status on the refund.
They replied the next day to say the order had been cancelled due to no stock and the payment had been refunded.
2 weeks later the paypal payment was still showing as pending, i contacted paypal who said 'the hut' still needed to cancel/refund the payment.
Messaged the hut again advising of paypals advice and recieved another reply saying 'the payment had been now been refunded and will take 7 days'..........what happened to the refund 2 weeks prior?
THIS week , 4 weeks from cancellation the payment is STILL showing as pending, i contacted paypal again who confirmed that 'the hut' STILL need to refund the payment from their end in their paypal account and to forward them paypals reply.
So messaged 'the hut' again advising this is the 4th time in trying to sort this and gave them paypals reply, i recieved a reply back saying it had now been sent to the department that deals with these matters......today is 5 days since recieving that reply and STILL the payment is 'pending'................how hard can it be to click the refund paypal payment AFTER you have clicked 'order cancelled ' in the hut account'......... :(
