file transfer protocol (sharing documents easily to a server)

sign up for 110mb.com, you get ftp access, which guv will need your web addy, user & password, but you will get lots of dreamweaver documents

tbh i havent tried the www.webs.com but thanks for the avoidance tip!

question to those who run forums
do you ever find it tedious to keep having to monitor the forums as there are loads of dodge ads and we get 4-8 dodge signing up (suspect it's a bot) and adding ISPs (which change all the time) to the spamlist...

is there any way to efficiently run a free forum for young people (therefore profanity, adverts, pills etc are banned) esp in terms of time as it's non-profit.
