Anyone recommend a really good shampoo for combination hair??

Hiya...

I'm on a bit of a mission to find a really good shampoo for combination hair. I have greasy roots with drier ends. I wash my hair every 3 days but may hair gets greasy really quickly. I've tried alot of shampoo's designed for greasy/combination hair but I haven't found them to be that effective. Alot of greasy hair shampoo's tend to strip my hair too much.

Does anybody know of or use a good shampoo for greasy hair?

many thanks :)

I have combi hair too and found Tresemme stripped my hair terribly. I now wash with Aussie Frizz Miracle, condition with Aussie 3 Minute Miracle and put John Frieda frizz ease serum on the ends before styling. Works for me :)
I think the Aussie products are half price at morrisons too.

i use this one along with the conditioner. my hair is quite long and it leaves it looking lovely.
once in a while i use the deep conditioner just to add a bit more

Would this be ok for greasy hair or would it be abit too rich?

My hair isnt frizzy tbh its very limp flat and greasy, I'm very reluctant to try anything that would be too rich. I was thinking about a salon brand like Redken?

mumbojumbo
Neutrogena Rainbath shower gel or Duchy Originals Bergamot & Lime shower gel. Don't worry about labels ... Gets hair clean, sleek and shiny.

its fine on my hair which is greasy at the roots and dry towards the ends , even when i coloured my hair it still worked great. they have loads of different shampoos for all types of hair.
My hair dresser always told me never to use anything with silicone in as it coats your hair and makes it greasy, so tresemme and pantene were out.
The only other one i like is herbal essents

+1 exactly as my hairdresser says too

I use Tigi bed head, control freak, shampoo because I have frizzy hair, but I find its really good for greasy hair.

It does strip the hair a bit, but I then use the conditioner and that makes it ok. Once or twice a week I use Frizz Ease critical care miraculous recovery strengthening creme masque instead. Leaves my hair in a really good condition

My hairdresser said exactly the same thing about silicone based shampoo. A real no no!
