Im after getting rid of my 51 Plate Golf and have put it in a few places such as online at Gumtree and Piston Heads, also my local paper.

Was wondering if its worth putting it on ebay or are the prices to list etc. not worth it?

Thanks to all replies.

Any other ideas of where to list it would be greatly appreciated.

i have purchased a car from ebay, had a look at it before hand then bid on it

if you have a price in mind set a reserve, and get listing

I helped sell my Brother's car on ebay.

We had loads of interest and completed the sale offline but the fees are quite reasonable anyway.

Cheers guys. Im gonna try ebay and hope that i dont get stung for £50.

withdrawing the listing before it finishes to save on the costs sounds like a plan.

Its £40 for Autotrader but i may consider that if ebay fails.

Cheers for all the comments.
