anyone sold to cex before? wee question

hi , got a couple things to sell to cex , one is a phone and 2 new xbox games , they send me a pre paid envelope for the phone so is it ok to put the games in with the phone or do i need to send them seperate? also the games are sealed do i need to take the wrappers off?

Yeah put it all in together and no need to remove seal if you do not want to - I have done the same before

They can be funny sometimes, they might ask for purchase receipts etc.

Why don't you just go to the local store, as if you sent them online, by the time they finished testing your phone, the price will change and they won't honour the original price you seen at the time you posted these items

problem is if you go instore they 'magically' say they have no cash and offer vouchers

Well, the risk is less than doing it online !! As they are famous for bad CS online

But 80% chances that there is no cash, better pop into CEX store around 2-3pm

its 70 miles away so thats not a option :( the phones only worth £25 and the games are fifa 11 , says they will honour price for 10 days

id only be getting around £80 for them all i heard they ask for reciepts for high value items ,can provide for fifa but the phone is ancient lol

PLEASE please take photos before you post anything to them as they will downgrade your items, pay you less and refuse to answer your emails. I had to issue court proceedings against them when I sold them an immaculate new phone and they tried to pay me out as a grade b. Luckily I had loads of pictures of the phone, and they eventually paid up in full, but not without a load of hassle on my part.

yes the are bad online - had 3 paypal claims against them

oh i give up lol ....... well sent them the stuff on friday , just had the postman deliver it back to me recorded delivery , it hasnt even been opened , whats that all about lolllllll
