Anyone tell me if I have to check in online or at the airport when flying turkey to UK one way?
Anyone help...thomascook can't seem to! I have a flight booked from turkey to uk. Booked with flythomascook and not Thomas cook itself. It is a one way flight and on the invoice it says I have to check in online between 4-7 days before flying. I haven't access to a computer whilst there and panicking. I have emailed, phoned and been on Thomas cook forums and can't get a clear answer. I am worried I will lose my flight if I get it wrong. Anyone know. I have emiailed yet again and awaiting another reply. Thing is, Thomas cook can't help as it's booked through flythomascook cook, phone is constantly busy, long queues!

Jump to unread Post a CommentI have phoned them....about a dozen times to be told 'we are experiencing high call volume, please ring back later' ...doesn't matter what time of the day. Just thought someone in the industry might see this and advise.

You will need to check in online in the UK for outbound to Turkey
or do you mean when you book your flight in Turkey back to UK (as you've only booked 1 way currently) you dont know how you will check in as you dont have internet access?

No, I have booked my flight out with Aegean, that ok. I have booked back the TC but wonder how I check in. I have filled in the API online, but need to know whilst in turkey, wether I need to check in online or just check in as normal at the airport.
I live in the UK, obviously with Internet. I am renting a villa, that why I have booked separate flights due to dates. I have my online tickets, so that's ok....it's just the check in procedure.

Spoke to Mother this morning, At Dalaman or Antalya Airports you just need your booking reference no and check in at the desks shown on departure screen,normally open 3 hours before flight departure.
