He's sold 30 and is a top rated seller and they're in the eco packaging (I assume fakes come in plastic)

there doesn't seem to be any comments that suggest they are fake but he doesn't have a "real" pic up soo i would rather buy from amazon or play as they usually have them on offer for a few quid more...

....they're only around £15 on Amazon anyway!

Only problem I can see is that he is calling them headphones when they are earphones. Other than that they should be ok.

ah and to answer ypur question >.> i would think they are Genuine :p

I'm sure you get warranty on these as well but you need proof of purchase you'll be better going with amazon or play ... but it's upto you :)

i've had fakes in the 'eco' box before from indigo starfish (amazon) no less. refunded no problem of course.

Indigo Starfish is amazons official chosen re-seller ?

I had a pair from them in the eco packaging and were genuine.

But they recently broke hence me looking for a new pair :P
