Anyone else think TopCashback is useless?

It used to be good, everything tracked. Now everything I buy doesn't track and I have to submit a claim - anyone else have issues with them?

I'm still with both - they both seem to have random phases of good/bad tracking etc. On the whole I prefer TCB but not much in it.

I prefer TCB as its cheaper (no fiver a year) but its so unreliable. Not sure why though

I have never ever had a problem with them.

i was having no problems with TCB until recently. I know its not 100% certain to track so it doesnt bother me that couple of things havent tracked but those that have tracked, some have this message underneath them...

"Please note, the estimated payable date is based on the majority of merchants for the responsible agency, sometimes payments are later. We apologise for any extended delays, but we do chase these up and it will be reflected in your account as soon as it's received."

pain in the backside.

I've found TCB to be spot on. Its quidco Ive been "robbed" by.

I use TCB as there is no admin charge.
Occassionally some transactions won't track, but on the whole manual claims get sorted out relatively quickly.
Some TCB rates are lower than Quidco (annd probably vice versa), but they match on request (and that happens very quickly)

All mine have tracked. It has been a really good experience so far with about ten transaction paid out.

Recently joined TCB after reading a thread on here in which most users recommended TCB over Quidco. First transaction (eBay) tracked in about 24 hours. Nothing against Quidco but my last attempt to buy something from eBay via Quidco did not track.

Yes, I've got a few of those, but then I have a couple in Quidco that have been sitting in 'tracked', without any sort of message, since August.

I too joined TCB as people on here were saying it is more reliable then quidco - but none of the daily clicks have been registered on TCB but every one I have done on quidco has. I know it is only a small amount but over time it adds up!
