Anyone tried to return anything to CDiscount?

Bought a Jacket from them, it's at least 3-4inches too small. (I buy lots of other garments from other places in the same size, and they fit)

No bigger sizes in the same style on the site, but looking at their website you can only return if "cancelling" or if goods are faulty.

Since I had to open to try on, it's not a "cancel", and the item isn't faulty.

Any ideas? Help will get rep!

Thanks JB, saw that myself but it's the ts&cs that worry me a bit:

If the Product is not faulty or damaged on delivery, and you cancel the order within 7 days of receipt, you must also return the Product(s) to us immediately, in the same condition in which you received them, and at your own cost and risk. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation."

I had to remove jacket from it's own branded packaging to try it on, so technically they won't be in the same condition. Just wondering as they are a fairly new company to the UK and I'm wondering how picky they'll be.

It's still tagged and unused though, and is in a "saleable" condition, so you should be fine. You can't try something on without getting it out of the packaging- they are fairly new in the UK but have been around for a long time in Europe- their French site is MASSIVE. Don't think you'll have any problems :)
