thanks, chipped ones were almost the same and were refurbs.

found 999inks has 5% discount code and 10% quidco, so think I will go with them

thanks, didn't really like that you have to get 3 of each (that said I was going to get 3 sets anyway) but they are just under £4 each

I too use Canon cli-8.

I am fed up with paying high prices for genuine Canon ink, but petrified of using compatibles in case I damage my PC.

Please - would anyone who has used compatibles for a long time say whether or not they have mucked up their PC? If they are OK, which ones do you use?

there is no possible way a INK CARTRIDGE can damage a pc, unless your going to take the side of your pc and pour it in
