I'd give them a call and ask to see if an item is in stock or somthing.. just to test the customer support and to make sure the phone number exists!
The website looks professional though.. lets see if anyone on here has bought somthing from here before.

I've used them loads of times.
Absolutely nothing wrong with them.
They used to be located 3 miles from my house so it was very handy to go and pick up anything I ordered.
They have moved miles away now but I still use them from time to time but have to use the post now. :thumbsup:

I've been trying to get a reply from them over an account issue for a couple of days; no reply on their 0845 number. It could be they're all off sick, but possibly they've gone bust - I'd check the phone number before ordering online. :whistling:

I ordered on 9th January

20th now and nothing , no replies to e mails etc

would never use again

Same here. Ordered 9th Jan. They took my payment out of my account on the 12th. Now 21st Jan. No email reply and no telephone reply :(

I have had the exact same problem, I ordered on the 9th they took money out of my account on the 12th. Some days back i emailed them asking why I haven't recieved my order yet, they told me it was out of stock (it said in stock when i ordered it).

They said they could either cancel my order and refund the money or keep it on hold, i told them to cancel and refund, and have not heard from them since.

They dont answer my emails or pick up the phone, I rang my bank up to see if i can get the money back but they told me they cant do anything as I authorised the payment.

Tried to phone them again today, they must be still there as the number was enagaged. Tried a couple of more times, it rang, but no answer.

i finally got an email back from them today

"Hi there,

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you.

I can confirm that your order has now been cancelled and your money
has been refunded to your card. I apologise for the delay in

Phoned them this morning and thy actually picked up! Finally! I asked for my order to be cancelled so hopefully I'll get the money back soon!

I'm glad you got your refunds!

I cancelled on the 26th Jan, still no refund. Just phoned them up to ask how long it would take, the lady on the phone told me my order had been cancelled but not actually refunded! So I should recieve it within the next 3-5 working days :roll:

I'm getting there, slowly but surely!

I ordered some paper from them 01/01/2009 - they sent the wrong order and asked me to return it, and now they say they won't send out the replacement or refund my postage costs (to return it as agreed) as they can't find the paper I sent back !!

Spoke to a girl on the helpdesk who just wanted nothing to do with it - uphelpful and very rude

Its OK doing business with people like this when everything goes right, but try getting any response when things go wrong and you're left high and dry....

They've certainly lost my business and fellow photographers alike, and I'll be trying to recover my money through the small claims court....
