Anyone Used Osoo?

I'm thinking of buying something from http://www.osoo.co.uk but unsure if its a trustworthy site, anyone traded with them before?
Also, the payment is handled by Sage Pay, never used them before either, do they provide any security if the tranaction is not honoured by osooo?

Obviously I'm now not intending to buy from this website, but In general could buying through sage pay hamper the normal peace of mind associated with a credit card transaction.

Quite a lot of feedback on AVForums about this company, seems they also trade under the name of 'Elite Gadgets' http://www.avforums.com/forums/camcorders-video-editing/986957-anyone-bought-elite-gadgets-before.html

I was just browsing the net and for a samsung r530 laptop you would pay £479.99 at PC World or for the almost equivelent at OSOO.CO.UK (only half the amount of RAM) you're looking at £497.53.
I was drawn to the site by a froogle search but the products at a few hundred pounds are nowhere near as high spec as what the better known 'companies' are selling

Be very carefull of this business as it has had many name changes since 2007 which is always a sign that things are not too good etc :-
05/12/2007 THE GADGET COMPANY UK LTD,22/02/2007 CBS SYSTEMS LIMITED, 29/04/2010 ELITE GADGETS LTD
Here's a link to Companies House so you can see for yourself and make your judgement! Don't be fooled by what THEY put on THERE site to get you to part with your money. Have you visited their premises lately or tried to ring them, you'll struggle a bit!

BEWARE this is a professional scammer operating also behind the company name of elite gadget.
they have been conning people since 2007 and still get away with it. I was stolen 200 pounds for goods never delivered.
If still in doubt please check the following forums on the net:

Use Osoo at your peril! Ordered an Acer laptop which was shown 'In Stock'. My credid card was debited immediately. Chased up delivery after one week and was told it was out of stock. Chased it again another week later and was told they had cancelled my order as item was out of stock and not expected in at all. I asked for a refund of £554, but this was not refunded and all phone calls and emails were ignored. I eventually reported this to Mastercard. with supporting evidence, and was awarded my refund 10 days later.
Use this firm at your peril!

Absolutely shocking - be warned!
I placed an order for a Laptop over £500 which they said was in stock. My payment was processed the next day.
One week later they said they had no stock and I asked them to cancel the order. Osoo sent an order cancellation notice.

Since then have had no refund in the 7 weeks since placing the order. This is despite repeated requests in writing.

The company are apalling to contact and are non responsive. I have had to resort to reporting the transaction as fraudulent to my credit card company. 7 weeks later, still no refund and I am out of pocket by £550.

BE WARNED - I speak from experience. I read various reviews beforehand and gave them the benefit of the doubt. I sincerely wished I had not.

Wish I'd checked Osoo.co.uk out before purchasing a Laptop 25th May, 2011. Was just so pleased to find somewhere selling the Toshiba satellite R650, my account was debited the same day. They e-mailed me 1st June advising the item was out of stock and that I had been refunded my £658, I'm still waiting!! Didn't realise this Company also trade under Elite Gadgets Ltd untill I checked my Credit Card statement!! My advice, DON'T USE THIS COMPANY
