Anyone used ticketindex.net
Reason i ask is i have just been able to get 5 tickets for take that @ Villa Park for the boss, the girls and 2 spare.
Never used them before but wondered if i should be careful?

The seller was a fraud. There is NO tickets. No IFS or BUTS. No tickets will ever come, no one will reply to emails and no one will answer the phone.

Jump to unread Post a CommentI've bought 2 tickets from this site and wish I hadn't read some terrible things and it looks likely I will lose my money. I've sent an email to cancel payment and I am going to the bank tomorrow to see if their is anything I can do their. I read an article about a man who wanted wimbledon tickets he never got them so got trading standards involved. I've put the website incase they can give any advice.

After reading one bad review, I'm now starting to panic. I have had a confirmation email of my orders and they've taken one payment already (got email confirmation for that) , my bank blocked the other payment..after sorting that out I'm supposed to get back to this company and tell them to go ahead and take the second payment. Now I don't know what to do. I'm gonna end up with no tickets at all here. So unfair.
i work for Barclays and i also have contacted Barclaycard to find out more. they said they cannot do much until the date of the concerts have passed, I have a recorded telephone call with ticketindex stating that they are the 'real deal' however i am going to ring and request a refund. funnily enough their website is down for maintenance.

I purchased 2 take that tickets for my girlfriends bday.. they still havent taken money so i phoned them twice earlier. A female answered and assured me that the site is genuine.. she said there is a rival company giving them bad press and theyve been goin as a buisness for 2 years and if the site wasnt genuine they would have been shut down, she also said they have only had 4 bad reviews in 2 years... what do u guys think????
I have bought four tickets for Take That in Manchester. My credit card has been debited by £625.00. I have tried to call ticketindex.net on the number given with no luck. An answer machine just says mailbox full. I am just smelling a rat as all the concerts in Manchester are a complete sell out and yet they are still advertising seats be it more than I paid. I have spoken to my credit card company and because I approved the transaction, there is nothing they can do unless I do not receive my tickets. It is an awfully long time to wait as the email from ticketindex says I will not receive the tickets until about 14 days before the concert. Fingers crossed but I think I have been duped.

Sincerely hope everyone sees a refund at some point, being ripped off is awful however it happens.

As for FS, I sold him a blu ray, he paid quickly, confirmed receipt etc - can't see your problem tbh...
