The seller was a fraud. There is NO tickets. No IFS or BUTS. No tickets will ever come, no one will reply to emails and no one will answer the phone.

I'm thinking, and I can't really see what the problem is? I sent the item unrecorded, so I could have been scammed, but wasn't. I also see he's got a couple of positives for selling.
Like I said, everyone's got to start somewhere. Care to enlighten me if there's something I'm missing?
I would really like the number, please!
Website down now
Can I please have the email adress?
No contact info in the confirmation.
I mailed throught their website but no answer. :(
by the looks of these reviews they are scammers? money gone out the account now. :( what to do. Maybe we should all contact Trading Standards in London, surely they should be aware of these kind of things?

How stupid do I feel? And why, because I am honest and the concept of someone doing this to make money is so alien to me. But it will be the last time I am that daft. Good luck everyone. I will be contacting Trading Standards. The police Action Fraud cannot act until the tickets don't arrive.

I think we're all entirely at cross-purposes here! My point was that from previous experience, when a company is undertaking a large scam (as per the electronics rip-offs in the national papers a couple of christmases back) there are often a bunch of first-time posters who pop up on "Have I been ripped off" threads saying that they got their item and the company is definitely legit- and I think this seems to be the case here. I could be wrong, I definitely could be too cynical, but I don't think i'd join a website just to tell people i'd not been ripped off and advise people to carry on paying a company that many say seems to be a bit fishy!

You will see that on your statement the purchase is named as "CYB/London Ticket Brokers" contact number for them is +44 785236440. Even though the payment is in Denmark.
Credit card companies will not do anything until the event time has passed due to system limitations.
Currently Barlcay Card are not aware of them being a fraud site.
Trading standards are current not aware of them being a fraud site.
But due to their websites being down and that the emails are not being delivered and are bouncing back i would say that these parties have pulled a fast one.
For all the non helpful people just pipe down and be supportive to the parties that have been duped.
I ordered 5 tickets. Shame my daughter wont get them now as they were a gift to lift her spirits as she has cancer.
Other thing to note is that the banks will ask you to keep proof of the payment, so ensure that you keep your statement in a safe place for when you contact them in June 2011 ish.
Also you should contact trading standards and log this with them and they will give you a ref no.
Re cancellation of your credit card, banks will say you are ok and not to do so until they or you see unusual activity.
Good luck all.
haha
Jones - you have mail.
