I don't think HUKD Misc is Tesco Personnel.

Have you thought about phoning head office? or speaking to your Personnel manager?

They will be able to give a BACS transfer of the short amount.

They will argue the toss that they can't as it cost's them money to do so, but ask them about it.

you are entitled to cash - if you are short due to their mistake you can ask for cash - you do not want a BACS payment as that takes 2 to 3 days as it is processed via computer files - if you want the money paid into your account the same day ask them for a CHAPS payment - this costs them money so they will probably just give you the cash

Really, you can't speak to personnel about this? what did you say when they told you "oh no probs I'll just go home and log on to the interweb and see what a load of random people can come up with. thanks for not paying me. cheerio"

come on use your head and go speak to personnel.

I had to wait till the month after for the holiday pay they messed up with me! Saying that it took 2 months, as the 1st month they just kept forgetting. Nag and you may get it next payday.
I was never offered the choice of it earlier, and with paying out over £70 a month for my sons school that days holiday made a huge difference to me.

at least youve been told you might be short, most companies just pay and keep it quiet and hope you wont notice....

Also you can check online now to see your payslip and what is due to go in.
You can check the thursday before each payday.
Just need your staff number on an old payslip, it will tell you at the bottom of your payslip where to log in and on what site x

I'm going to assume that says they're on holiday and there's nobody else to ask which is frankly nonsense.

Even if they are on holiday, straight away they'll have someone covering for them so you could've asked them, you'll also have a manager of your department so you could've asked them, you'll more than likely have a union rep so you could've asked them, and it's been a while since I worked in tesco but I'm assuming they still have some sort of team leader types in your department so you could've asked them and finally you'll be working with other people who this type of thing will almost certainly have happened to before knowing the mess personnel make of holidays etc so you could've asked some of your workmates.

I don't want to lay the boot in as I knoww what a bitch it is working for tesco at times but come on man up.
