I have had these Sennheiser HD470 headphones a few years now but the foam that goes over the ear bits is all torn and broken. I don't really want to buy a new set of headphones because they were pretty expensive and they are fine apart from that really.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Met Cast, those are cheap headphones. I am sure mine are much better sound quality than those. I don't really want to spend £10-£15 on headphones a lot worse than mine when all that is wrong is the foam coming off.

I have looked for replacement ear covers but these are an unusual oval shape :/

Have you tried these headphones? I have both and most people don't believe they are £10-£15. Check the reviews. Definitely worth using until you get another pair.

No but going from £40 headphones to £15 headphones I can tell they won't be as good. I'm not going to pay £10 to downgrade.
