So ive had AOL for around 19 months now, one year contact and 7 months into a new 2 year contract. My package is the 8mb one and i used to get around 7ish MB. Now, around 3 months into the new contract my speed drop's by half, 3.5mb, this is the same package as the first and was fine for the first few months into the new one, so i phone them up, and we go trough the usual crap with changing router settings, no change, we get no where and after an hour im told to wait and call back after a week, so i phone up most weeks to be told to try the same things.
One day im told my phone line need to upgraded as they changed their servers, im told it should be sorted after a week, so here i am 5 week's later , with no change.
What should i do now?, month's spending almost an hour each time on the phone going through the same advice , nothing....
I only took up another contract as i was pretty happy with the 7 MB speed i was getting, now a little into the new contract it's halfed !.
Nothing has changed my end, setup wise.
What are my option's?
P.S. I know AOL suck !
