Relative of mine having problems. Cannot seem to access iplayer. Whenever I send links etc, says he can only open certain ones on iplayer because AOL does not seem to allow access to all of iplayer (and lots of other links).

This does not sound right to me. Anyone else got AOL and had this problem?

Personally would say get shut of AOL but that would be toooo drastic for him.

what speed you paying for?

I've found AOL to be the worst internet provider ever.

I have done a speed test but I am not really bothered. As long as it is working without any problems.
My pages load pretty quick.

no offence but, that's what they count on
you to simply put up with it

and you better hope you never have any problems
unless you want to spend an afternoon repeating yourself to some poor Indian guy reading off the t&c's not actually listening to you at all.
