Ok, am looking to take this out cos i don't have any insurance for my iPhone (and no i don't have the insurance cover with my bank account and am not going to go the bank route - don't ask!!).

Simple question - is it worth spending £30 on this do ya think or is that just a silly question!!

No it doesnt insure it if it sstolen, just if damaged, and not maliciously (mfu fault etc).

also is void if you get your phone wet, so wasting the money.

bank route is the best, you dont want it, no point in having insurance then, everywhere else is more expensive then the banks.

I added cover for this to my home insurance and it only cost an extra tenner or summit and thats for accidental damage, theft etc.

these "general" cover warranties are not worth the money unless it meets your expectation of what you want it to cover. Best route is home insurance imho.

Thing is though if you take out the apple care and it develops a fault apple are very good and if you take it into a store they will usually just swap it for you, insurance companies can be very awkward with you
