tag & label looks wrong for starters.....so many alarm bells.....could be a genuine seller who has been give fakes as a gift...your money your call

they look ok but they don't call them genuine Uggs and also i don't think Uggs have tags attached to them like that, i've only tried on one pair before and they didnt have lables on them. Just lots of papper about the boots in the box. I would say fake :(

Cheers....lol

To answer your question like other replies, genuine UGGs at this price are just too good to be true.

If they are then great bargain, if they are fake then I'd submit either an ebay claim or paypal dispute as item not as described.

:)

dont think you could as they have not stated genuine and the term ugg is for the type of boots, i don't use ebay much so i could be wrong.

need to claim through paypal....you will have to get a written note from a shop/stockist to confirm they are fakes for the claim to succeed

note that the buyer says no returns on description as well,he knows there could be a issue

anything like this I always get from a genuine stockist even though you re paying extra at least you know they are not fakes

i would not pay unless you have already i had a similar thing with an abercrombie hoodie i bought on 15 dec turns out top not only is fake but has been worn, returned it last week having to do a paypal dispute and still waiting for refund, i would be wary and as others have said i would only buy the real thing from a proper dealer.

The dimensions look wrong, the label has been attached with those cheap plastic tags IYKWIM,add to that the lack of box coz the rabbit nibbled at it(could still show the nibbled box if need be)....mmm....a pair of pups imo....sorry xx

if i pay via pp (even though i have no funds they will take it from my bank) am i covered thanks
#22
If in doubt then dont pay. Ask the seller for evidence of authenticity. If they cant do so then dont pay.

If they proceed and issue you with a non-payer strike then neg them and state why you have negged them.

:)

I am in the process of getting my 4th pair, unfortunatly no good deals coming up at the mo :( These are 100% fakes, the label and the tag are a big giveaway, also the saggyness of the material. HTH.
EDIT also the pattern on the sole and the lack of the copyright "r".
#26
yep LLMs right im sure cos the swing tag...ask her for authenticity before payment for sure-good luck x
#27
although the seller has 100% feedback - it has mainly been built up as a buyer - they have sold very little.
But if you like them - wear them with pride

rabbit ate the box when she was taking the pic?? how big is the babbit? did she store the box in the hutch when taking the pics? if they was a gift to her, how does she even know if they are real? also no returns, I would have steered in the other direction.
#29
thanks guys i have sent her a message to ask for more pics and proof of authenticity and i am hoping she is a bit like me and just naive
will let you know what happens but i wont pay until i get proof
#30
have left you all rep so far apart from sll3250 and jon1000jon as i have none left for today but will give it tomorrow thanks again guys much appreciated :)

I would trust Boothy on this one, he knows all aobut counterfeit goods.

Just ordered mine from Asos, been waiting for ages for the lasses short chocolate....hallelujah!! 150 quid but they last for yonks :)
#33
if worst comes to worst let her file non payer and state its fake,
#34
she still hasnt got back to me yet and i did ask if they were genuine, i would have thought that when an auction normally finishes i get an invoice quite quick from seller so it is making me think but i do trust your opinions on here as always i follow them :)

did you use the 10% code madame?
#36
I've bought Uggs before and they don't come with tags on. That auction looks dodgey to me.

When my ex was after a pair she bought a pair off the net which turned out to be cheap fakes from China. We made a claim via PayPal and got back the money. I then found some in BANK for £70.

For the extra cash it's well worth buying them from a high street shop then you know for sure they're real and you can see/try them before you buy. But that's just my opinion :).
