Argh, The Hut.... issues with refunds...
I have had an issue getting a refund with the hut (mentioned in a previous thread), I sent goods back and they say they haven't had them.
Today my other half has just told me he has had a partial refund from the hut to his paypal account from an order of the same value.
The account I ordered from is with the huts main site using my email, card etc, but the account they have refunded is in his name, with his card and linked to ebay... The only thing that links the two are the address, nothing else (we are not married).
So why have they refunded this way? Is it classed as fraud? Why give a partial refund, not a full refund especially when the amount they have refunded is not the amount of any of the order?
Does anyone know if they can be contacted by phone?
EDIT; just had a look at the scan of my receipt I sent, and the amount is the same as the postage.
