i made an order with marks and spencers online and paid extra for named day delivery as i have a very busy week this week. my parcel was supposed to be arriving yesterday and according to the dhl tracking it was out for delivery yesterday morning at 8.30 am.
the parcel never arrived and this morning i tracked it again and now it says "unable to locate" does this mean they've lost my parcel?
just wondering who i should phone to complain to as i'm not a happy bunny this morning. should i call marks and spencers or dhl?
