Bought my dad an Archos from Argos in May for his 50th. Bought the insurance cover too.
It's now not charging when he plugs it in. I asked in a cornwall store whether he would be entitled to money back and was told if it's within 12 months he is entitled to it. Wondering if that's true or whether they were just telling me that to keep me quiet!
Have got insurance on it, but I think dad would prefer the cash now.
Would be interested in people with experience of this rather than just opinions please.
