This is in regards to argos voucher promo that ends tomorrow.

Not really a deal request but a general quiry :)

If I was to buy £100 in vouchers I would get a £10 voucher
Then if I bought £50 in vouchers I would get a £5 voucher?

Then if I bought an item costing £149.99 plus £5 delivery and used £150 in vouchers plus cash for the delivery would I get the £10 voucher for spending over £100?

If so it would leave me with £25 in vouchers

Help appreciated :)

You beat me to it!!

The T&C don't really answer my question though.

People have reported that if they used £200 vouchers and spent just over £200 they qualify for the £10 but Im not sure :)

This may work in the case where people have added batteries to take them over £200 but I wonder if only being a delivery charge taking it over the £150 would make any difference
#5
I think you probably would be able to as you say it doesn't state that you cant in the T&C's
#6
I think rule 8 might tell you that you cant use argos vouchers! what do you think???

TBH Im not sure if buying £100 in vouchers will give me the extra £10 but terms definitely don't say it shouldn't and people have said it does work but people sometimes tell tales :giggle:

May just order £50 in vouchers at first see if I get the extra £5 :)

Do you mean 9?

I think this may be the rule they use if you pay with gift vouchers for the order.
I think this is why people have added just over the voucher total so have to pay little extra by cash/card so till still qualifies the voucher? Im not sure lol

9.Excludes the purchase of gift vouchers using gift vouchers as a method of payment.

This is saying for eg, if you ha[[en to have £50 vouchers, you cannot buy £50 vouchers to get another £5.

Which means it doesn't exclude using cash?
#10
No i think 8, as it is telling you which vouchers you can use to earn the extra gift vouchers on!

If you buy £100 in vouchers you will get £10

If you buy £50 you will get £5

But i don't think you can earn the other £10 by using the £150 argos vouchers as they are not listed in rule 8!

Rule Nine Only State Buying Gift Voucher With Gift Voucher. What If You Buy With Cash?

Do you think this works?

#13
But you could maybe buy something for £170 (£150 in vouchers and £20 cash/card)

Should get the extra voucher if paying by cash or card for the vouchers I think.
