It's an ipad, that's fault enough.

Just say it is faulty..... and you want a refund rather than repair.

Its still sealed, so how can they claim its faulty?

Ohh and inb4 open it, then claim its faulty! oO

It says on their website that it is excluded from their 30 day money back guarantee so unless it's faulty they won't take it back.

even though it's sealed bit rotten that isn't it,

Think they send it away to apple if faulty thats what they did with my bro's last year.

Thanks for reply ........ Not what I wanted to hear but nothing I can do.

Why would you buy it before the announcement of the 'new iPad'?
souljacker#10
did you not know a new ipad was coming out when you bought it? if you didn't you must be the only one...

I thought the receipt told you the answer?

As Stain says - its clearly marked on the receipt normally with Argos

Why anyone buys this type of product from places like Argos is beyond me

Why say something like that?

I have £250 of giftcards for Argos and plan to use them to get an iPad. Would rather get one from Argos that Currys.
dimebarsbanned#19
Why not? I'd rather buy from somewhere with staff with some form of knowledge of the product should anything go wrong.

You're not getting that at Argos.
Gortraney#20
I see your point there, but once its purchased can't you just deal direct with Apple and their Genius Bar?
