So i phoned up about returning a television on the 11th of January, they came picked it up on the 18th of january.
I cant remember the exact days i phoned them but it was always after the "waiting period" but it was similar to this anyway.
I wait the 3 days as stated when i phoned to arrange a return, the 3 days pass and i phone up , got told it was 3-5 days, wait till 6 days, still no refund so phone up again and got told its 7-10 days. Phone them up after 12 days and got told that there system was down, i then phone them back a few days later and get told my refund is getting processed this was last Friday and still no sign of a refund.
This is an absolute joke, there customer service is terrible aswell, putting me through to different departments all the time, they will be getting a lengthy complaint from me.
