i have bought a camera just before christmas, and it keep beggering up now and is an awful camera, i still have receipt... do you think they will take it back?

yeh you can get a straight refund if you want or a new one if they have it - with your receipt youve got warranty fora year which means a refund too

yes take it back...although they may test it there and then. Whatever is wrong, say it doesnt do it all the time then they cant say anything. You will get full refund

No - argos send off digital cameras for repair after 30 days, they will not refund you.

Best bet is say its very poor quality, and your just not happy with it, they may give you a good will refund, depends if the CSS is in a good mood. Good luck.

Nah I have had a refund before....depends who you get? Always try different argos stores. Go whens its busy (sat afternoon) and then you will prob get young sales assistant who dont know

I took a toaster back to Argos after 11 months once as bit's of the trim had fallen off. 2 weeks later they said they couldn't repair it and gave me a new one so I was well happy. I always keep my receipts so it was all ok.

Chances are the camera won't be economical to repair so you should get a refund or a replacement but may have to be patient.

Argos do not give refunds on digital cameras but I would still try for a refund if not they will repair it!
first resevre all the same digital cameras in the that store so they can't replace it for a new one, then tell them that it freezes when starts up sometimes, it will not send your pictures to the computer by the USB sometimes & when taking pictures it does not save them to the stick again sometimes. Then say not happy with camera as there is to many problems & you will take a new one if you have too but would perfer a refund!

I would not say "I am not happy with it or I don't like it" & it does depends who you get at that time

I took Microwave back as it broke after 3 months, and as I insisted they gave me a refund on the microwave and the extra care insurance that I got with it .
