i have to take something back to argos but i paid for it with vouchers so i got extra £10 buying them... well now i have to take that item back and buy another but the one i want is £50 dearer in argos than everywhere else... so i have £120 in argos vouchers and nothing to buy... how much would i get selling the vouchers or do i just pay the extra £50 so i can use them...

sorry if this is in the wrong place

I would just put the extra too as you may not get the full amount on here so you might end up loosing more.:)

Although I know I would resent paying £50 more for something just because I have vouchers for the place!

you never know though. might aswell put a thread up for sale.

See what you could get for the vouchers.

If its £50 more expensive in argos try get £100 for the vouchers and then you have £30 in your pocket rather than theirs. thats if i worked that out right and read correctly lol :)

When I moved recently, I was looking on Ebay for Argos vouchers as there was a few things I needed and thought I might save myself some cash, but I decided it wasn't worth it in the end as all the voucher sales go for almost face value.

There would be people offering £100 of vouchers, for example, and they would be selling for £98. Obviously you'd have to deduct your Ebay fees etc, but you might still end up getting more there than anyone might offer you here :santa:

Find someone buying something there at that price and give them the vouchers in return for the cash it will make no odds to them if customer is gonna buy the product anyway.

Unless they ever need to return what they bought ;) - but yes - good idea - sure it would work if you offer £100 worth for £90 for example.
