Argos - who do I make a complaint to?
Does anyone have the md email address or office address? And does anyone know who the md is? My daughters bed/mattress which is a week out of the 1 year guarantee needs replacing or fixing as all of the springs are sticking out from the mattress. We have complained to Argos Customer service who say that as its a year old, we need to get an engineers report of the mattress to show the fault and then send that with the mattress to them! Dont think we will do that for a bed that cost £130!
