I purchased a vehicle about a month ago from Arnold Clark and was told by the sales chap on the phone that the vehicle had part service history when purchasing, when the vehicle was delivered I realised there was no handbook or service history within the vehicle also realised a chip in the window screen after delivery,
called the sales chap and told him my issues and he said the manual and service history was lost in the workshop and he would order a replacement, 3 weeks later called to chase up on the issues and was told the replacement manual has also gone missing and the window screen will not be rectified as I cannot prove they chipped it.
So what is the best route to take now?
what are my options if they cannot provide me with genuine history or will not replace the window screen?
Thanks for reading and would be grateful for some advice.
