recieved order but it was short any 1 got a phone number for them ive emailed them but got no reply please help no 1 like losing 32 english pound

yeah i think i ordered a r4 and it was apparant it was faulty so i tried contacting them but i believe the only way was by tickets system?
my god they never answered them so i was waiting forever and in the end 1 month later after threatening legal action a parcel dropped on my doorstep out of the blue, i thought i had been done not recommended!

I have ordered from these guys before but to be honest had no trouble at all, not what you were asking for, but thought I would just add that they may occasionally get things right.

I was very suspicious and there is a Security Certificate Error flagging too, so I'm
not going to risk it especially after reading that digitalspy thread (how much bickering?!)

i only bought from consoleup because someone recommended it on a thread here
said they got it in two days

i'm not a moaning minnie and was happy to wait longer because that seems to be the going rate now for these items

i paid via paypal too

and I had processing status emails throught my order

so i rate them highly

I purchased 5 x CycloDS totalling nearly £150 of goods in a single order.

The website promised 2-3 days delivery but I have only just received the order today - ie 2 weeks after putting the order in!

I have looked at my bank statements and it seems that ConsoleUP have charged me THREE TIMES for this one order and in total I have paid £450 for this £150 order.

I tried putting a ticket in on their website but the ticketing system just doesnt work. I tried emailing their help/customer support email address and they all bounce.

Ive tried ringing the telephone numbers associated with the WHOIS data of the url consoleup.com but noone ever answers!

Anyway there is a thread over at Digital Spy with a few different email addresses of their employees and so I sent my 'gripe' to everyone on the list.

This is the email i sent out to all these people-

I have attempted to contact you via the 'ticket system' via the website but it just doesn't want to work. I have also tried emailing the email address given on the website but these all bounce!

I have enquired with Barclays Bank whether they have all gone through and they have confirmed that the transactions have all cleared and you have received the money.
SO I request that you refund these two extra payments to me instantly, complete with interest and compensation for the hassle of trying to contact you about these problems.
I know loads of people who also want these items and I feel I cannot recommend your website to anyone due to my dreadful experience with you.
I look forward to your reply and the full refund.

I ordered from this company on the 10th Dec, the item finally turned up on the 24th!!!

I got no reply from their emails, so ordered the same item from PCJERRY on the 20th (item arrived on the 22nd)

Their website reads:

"Same Day Dispatch - Easy Returns - 100% Secure Shopping - Plus Rapid Customer Service Response Times!"

WHAT A JOKE!!!
