Basically the jist of it is, i purchased approx £900 worth of stuff which recieved fine, i sent in a credit voucher for £3000 to claim back the £900 (the voucher i built over past year on different bits) anyhow they have recieved not processed the refund and not issued new voucher. I have tried emailing them many times and getting nothing back at all, i am running out of ideas, i have tried different phone numbers with no luck. So if anyone could help would be great, only useful posts please and on topic thanks guys

They seemed quite good with me, I purchased a bose sounddock for £95, sent in a voucher for £92.40 and I had the refund in my paypal account after a week..
It could be because you've sent in such a massive amount?
just keep emailing them daily..

their website is not the best, I had to email them and chased up,
I brought a iphone, and then sent in vouchers to cover the cost, and waited for a while, and then chased up again and again, eventually I got a refund.

all I can recommend is a little bit of patience and a hell lot of nagging

Don't want to be the harbinger of bad news but did you not send it via recorded? If not they can just say 'never received' and the post office don't do refunds on vouchers, even if they did they won't hand 3k back...just keep calling I guess and try and find any proof of sending receipts etc...

yer was sent via courier it was signed for etc, i sent it in with a sell order which they actually processed and sent another voucher for lol, so there basically ignoring it, i originally had loads of smaller vouchers but it was them who put it into one voucher for lol, its been almost a month now!!

Do they have a twitter account or anything on facebook? Not sure myself but might be an option to find out and contact via those means

just keep bombarding them, they will reply eventually!

They do have a facebook page which members of the web team do respond to (but not in every case). CEX online is a disgusting shambles of an operation and I don't know how they can be allowed to run the way they do, given that they are notorious for not bothering to respond to their customers.

i have left messages on facebook i will write a letter now and send recorded, it is disgusting, thanks for help guys much appreciated
