im not a chav and i shop at asda:?

Call the customer service number and complain and they will refund the items you aren't happy with.
You may also get delivery cost refunded if you tell them they turned up early and you aren't happy.

I've always found them very helpful.

You need to go up market and shop at Sainsbury's etc...

Better customer service.

Make an official complaint say stuff like that the chilled stuff is supposed to be kept chilled not in a warm taxi, say that you are going to contact trading standards and see what you can screw them for

It is not childish, the people who shop at asda usually shop in their PJ's.

I have complainded online but am going to by phone as well!

They sometimes take a while to reply online, but they do in a few days. I raised an issue about the delivery (arrived 90 mins late) they gave me a free e voucher to have my next delivery free of charge no minimum order value, so it was well worth the wait. Hope they get back to you soon. Also if you don't wish to receive substitutions, you need to uncheck the box where you're confirming it's OK to be sent them.
They've been very helpful with my orders even taken things back that I then decided I didn't want and I got a full refund.

I have never seen anyone in their PJ's at Asda.

Can't really say i look what people are wearing to do their shopping in though

I guess we must be :-D

Back to OP.....

My Asda deliveries have always arrived earlier than my allocated time slot, so I account for this now when ordering, but it's always been in the proper Asda delivery van - have never heard of a taxi delivering it - and with another customer on board? Something's gone a bit wrong there I think!

I shop at Asda. I'm not a Chav (at least I don't think I am ....what IS the actual definition?) and I've never seen anyone wearing their p.j's (could you not spell pyjamas?) Comments like yours really annoy me...but I won't lose sleep over it

Some people are a bit touchy on HUKD in my honest opinion.

They can give it but can't take it :-D

i'm not a chav im just money consious cos im a mummy. i shope where the bargains are. asda, tesco, morrisons, sainsburys. shop around for the bargains. tis why most of us are on this forum, for a bargain. no different if ur shopping for food. IMO.

though i must say there are many chavs in our area and they tend to go to morrisons cos they dont care if they spend more, its all government money or credit card jobby's anyway. so maybe shopping in the cheaper places means your sensible, and resectable. MAYBE te he he

I would take this advice OP - I use Asda and the rare problems have been sorted out very quickly and to my satisfaction - usually with a £10 off voucher

Not gonna waste my time commenting on the other posts :whistling:
