I was going to use tescos but even though they accept my card in the shop, and for online clothes shopping, they wont take it for grocery shopping!

The times i have used ASDA i've found that a lot of the stuff wasn't available (Lazy ass trolley pusher couldn't be bothered to pick it up more like). However i always end up with half a dozen freebies.

I think ASDA employ simpletons to do their internet orders.

well the driver thought that 21 items was a lot to be missing so rang up and they'd made a mistake so he told me to ring them up and arrange a new delivery time, only the lovely south african people in the call centre felt the driver should never have told me what the problem was! they said i'd get a call back, i didnt so i called them again, was told this time i'd have to reorder, i then had to argue for a free delivery voucher, then it wouldnt accept an order as it was below £25 so now i'm waiting for another call back, we'll see if it happens.

ive made a thread about this last year nothing a pain in the backside as they tried to deliver about midnight /1am - and i thought id try them this year. 2 weeks ago said half my things were not in stock and they left 3 bags on the van - told them to stick it and take all my shopping back.

asda are attrocious stick to sainsburys !

well they're now just lying to me, told my missing items were going to be delivered and i'd get a call to arrange a time, didnt hear anything called back, no you're going to have to reorder, nobodies going to deliver, they should just make up their minds, 3 bloody days just trying to get some food delivered.

Am so glad someone else has had trouble! I ordered, a delivery. so I had food when
I came back from holiday, A non show for delivery! then telling me they would deliver it the following day, just thought I would double check it was coming so phone them and they tell me no the person that was sorting it out hadn't finished checking it out! They could deliver the next day. HELLO! I don't think so, I went and got it from somewhere else in the end!

Sorry I hate Asda now, shame cos they do have some good prices at times. I'm not going there for anything anymore! there are enough other stores around so I will shop at these other stores and get a decent delivery. I'm just not being treated like that!

I used to be a department manager in an asda store and i have nothing good to say about the people who pick the home delivery orders, they dont seem to know the store at all which means that half the time they claim things are out or stock or they sub the stuff people order for the crap asda variety (sometimes their idea of a sub is baffling, ive actually known one to sub digestive biscuits for cream crackers.
Then when its delivered and there are tons of items missing the customer just gets told that its out of stock (it doesnt matter that its actually because a brainless picker cant find it . . . or cant be bothered to find it!).
I honestly dont understand how asda was/is the cheapest supermarket. It only works out cheaper if you buy asda branded stuff but then everything is so poor! Their meat is awful, so is the bread, so is the fruit and veg (i could go on!) so i dont know who would buy any of it!!

I now keep well away from asda! Rant over! lol

by far the worst of the lot.

Ocado > Waitrose > sainsburys > tesco > asda

I just had to find this thread and post on it again. Asda customer service does suck just had my delivery 3 hours late and 20 items missing from my list. Worst c**cks ever. ASDA I HATE YOU!!! My rant is over.

I had my delivery at eight in the evening last month because the delivery driver left my shopping in the van & went home & we were supposed to go out so ordered for early afternoon, when it did arrive our meat was missing.
This month thirteen items missing & eggs smashed so walked to store to collect our shopping & didnt even get an apology.
Anyone got the address for customer services?

Gotta agree with you here..

I had only used Sainsbury and Tesco in the past but since there were no delivery slots for the day I wanted I decided to opt for Asda.

Delivery driver didn't call to advise he would be late, phoned the call centre and their lines were down.. 20 minutes after due time he shows up at door without apology. 6 of the items I had purchased were unavailable too :(

Fill in the survey as requested and never heard from them again.

Sainsbury were only late once out of over 30 times and the delivery man was very apologetic (lived at old flat and was hell to find so this was understandable). On that occasion they gave me a £10 of my next order voucher.

i ordered an Ozzy Osbourne CD of them last friday at about 6 PM and it is now friday a week later and i still have not got it, i am starting to get **** **** off now

our asda deliveries have all been fine, only the odd item out of stock but subbed for higher quality equivalent. our drivers have always rang beforehand to say they were on their way and have always been friendly. personally i cant fault them
