ASDA online shopping problems?

Have just recently tried to do the monthly online shop at ASDA, and found that there doesn't appear to be any 2-hour or 8-hour booking slots available for the next 3 weeks. I know availability can be limited at times, but to have NO availability over this length of time seems a little too peculiar. I have even tried to book it for delivery to three different addresses, two local and one more national (a relative, as this would mean using a different store for sourcing the goods) and each time get the same complete blank block of available slots; thus leaves me at odds to understand why such unavailability.

I'm hoping it's just a technical glitch on the website, as we really need to put an order in very soon, but just wanted to see if anybody else was experiencing such blanket block-out when trying to process and book-in an order, too?

Forgive me for being simple ... but on this occasion could you not do it the old fashioned way and go into the store to do your shopping?

Living in the sticks and having no means of transportation (other than public) means to buy what we require would not be possible between the two of us, certainly not without many and multiple shopping trips and no matter how many shopping bags we had or could carry, hence why we use online shopping in the first place... (!)

...but getting back to the original question?

maybe they are in the process if removing your area from the delivery area

just ring them up and ask.

Try tesco or one of the other big supermarkets?
