As title says really. it went through the wash at the end of last week. i took the cannister out as it is a new pump so was wondering will it be ok to use??

Probably a stupid question but it seems a shame to throw it away.

Can't see why not as you have to press it down to release the gas, no water is likely to have gotten in surely?

As above says - it is air tight or the gas would leak out. If air tight then it is more than water tight. Disassemble and dry.

You are lucky. Mine is a powder inhaler.
