I've no experience of them but if I were you I'd trawl the Usenet for references from others before you buy. I made the mistake of buying from an Internet retailer before checking the Usenet and very nearly came unstuck. Only by finding out the name of the MD and mailing him personally, threatening him with a winding-up order on his company, did I receive my goods some 4 weeks after they had mailed me to say they've dispatched the goods (something they do to everyone).

I bought my Gibson ES335 from Digital Village back in November and found them to be very pleasant and professional. And they got in the guitar (that I found on their Website) from the store up-country where it was, for me to try before I bought. And I bargained down the price too, since the recession was just starting and everyone needs turnover to keep their businesses afloat.
