Hiya,
I ordered this set on 12th November, and you were supposed to receive an avatar webcam, an avatar USB stick, an avatar wall poster and an avatar book (which you could get for "free" if you paid the P&P just by itself, I paid £12.99 for this set instead to get the extras)

I received the parcel today which was the book and the wall poster- the webcam and USB stick aren't in there. I've tried contacting the company on the delivery update service line- 01322 370862 but it just rings out. I've searched the website for any other contact details, and there's the contact us bit about subscribing for future offers.

Has anyone else bought and received this set?

Thanks, I had a phone call from the company and they said it was too bulky to pack with the book and poster so it's being posted seperately, but the parcel was huge and no note was in there to say they're going to dispatch seperately, so I'll just keep my fingers crossed :D

Hopefully you will get the other soon.

Hope you don't mind me asking how are you doing with the depression you were suffering from?

I don't mind, I came off the tablets when I was pregnant with my second one- so have been off them for about 20 months, but I'm really struggling. My GP prescribed me some more tablets but they have a huge list of side effects which I don't want! So I'm sort of trudging on but not really getting anywhere with it. I've got an appointment to see another counsellor, the first app she was in a meeting and would "try" to get out of it early, the second app was when I had to get my son from school- I go with my step-dad every morning and afternoon, and couldn't have gone to the app. So am now waiting for a third app to come through.

I am fine.

I have been taking 20mg of Paroxetine a day since august 2009.

They are brill and I have been able to live a more positive life taking them.

I do want to try and come off them in the new year though because I don't like taking tablets.

Ask your doctor about Paroxetine they might help you.

I am not keen on counselling, I find it easier just to deal with depression my own way.

I have a good friend who suffers from it and I have a cup of tea and a chat with him often.

He is my un-paid counsellor.

Hope you and your little family have a fabulous christmas.

If you need a chat, pm me anytime x x

Thank you, I will. I've got so many problems from the past and I just want to sort them out and move on. I was seeing this one lady and she really helped me, but as I was pregnant with second one, I couldn't talk about the really emotional stuff. She's moved areas since so can't see her again. This new lady seems a bit of a let down, I can't believe she'd schedule a meeting during my app! She could have had the decency to cancel instead of wasting my time. It's also on my notes that I can't attend at certain times so to receive an appointment so close to school ending was stupid!

I'm looking into having regression after christmas, to see if that can help deal with anxiety attacks too. I'm hoping it's going to be a miracle cure, but deep down I know it probably won't be!

I've heard of Paroxetine, I'll speak to my GP about it and see what can be sorted. I'd found a brilliant one, there was hardly any side effects and the main one was no weight gain (I gained 11 stone maybe more in about 6 years of being on tablets) but my psychiatrist said he can't prescribe them as they hadn't done many tests on them in the UK. I wouldn't have minded being the guinea pig lol.

It's difficult to find the right medication for you.

Keep trying and when you feel down arrange something nice like a holiday or a shopping trip.

I have a doctor's appointment next month so I will she what she says about weaning me off the tablets.

I have just adopted some ex- battery hens and they keep me very busy and stop me dwelling on negative things.

Happy christmas from Bea

Awww!!! Good luck at the doc's app :) I need to find something to stop me dwelling on things, I've been trying to sell on ebay recently to keep my mind on something, that's been quite good. I'm also looking forward to doing the house up in the New Year, so that's another plus!!
